CRM Scene guides installation, visible-view configuration, validation of both navigation surfaces and administrator handover. Broader consulting remains separately scoped.
Two distinct commercial routes. Public Marketplace installations use Zendesk-native billing. Private installations continue under a separate written CRM Scene order and entitlement. Payment through one route does not establish entitlement under the other.
Trial and cancellation
The Zendesk Marketplace trial lasts 14 days and requires a payment card during installation. Zendesk and Stripe manage the trial, recurring monthly charge and payment status. Private-edition trial, term and cancellation conditions are controlled by the applicable CRM Scene order.
